As organizations become more transparent and younger talent comes to work with new expectations and assumptions it's critical to understand how to leverage this innovative, tech savvy high impact generation.

During this highly interactive workshop you will:

  • Understand the four generations in today's worklace - common characteristics and ways to communicate and motivate each cohort
  • How and why Gen Y (Millennials) are impacting business across the globe
  • The role transparency and social media plays in motivating Gen Y
  • Identify why Millennials are called the Rubric Generation
  • The 10 "Cs" for motivating Gen Y

By engaging Gen Y in a way they understand, you can tap into the many gifts they bring. The world has changed so much in the past decade, yet so many organizations believe that the way they have always treated their employees will continue to serve everyone from the way they hire, onboard and performance manage.
