Learn Langevin’s 12-step design cycle
Leave feeling empowered that they know what’s involved in the 12-step program from start to finish
Go beyond the ADDIE model to design training that is relevant and on target
Receive Langevin’s “Instructional Designer Starter Kit” with the 12 user-friendly steps to designing training
Practice two of the most important parts of the design process

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Melissa Grey Satterfield – Course Leader for Langevin Learning Systems

Melissa has been a Course Leader with Langevin for 8 years, travelling all over the world to deliver training for designers, instructors and managers. Prior to Langevin, she was a Senior Training Specialist and Course Developer for an organization based in L.A. She trained franchisees and their staff on everything they needed to know to own and operate a successful small business.

During that time, she attended several Langevin workshops, looking to broaden her overall instructional skills. She was so enlightened and empowered because she was able to take the tips and techniques learned and put them to immediate use on the job that she became one of their facilitators. Having been a trainer, she knew the challenges trainers face, but also knew the rewards that come with improving job performance. She wanted to help others work “smarter, not harder" and learned during her very first Langevin workshop to “never do for the learners what the learners can do for themselves", which has become her ‘training mantra.’
