Prior to Langevin, she was a Senior Training Specialist and Course Developer for an organization based in L.A. She trained franchisees and their staff on everything they needed to know to own and operate a successful small business.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:&amp;quot;Verdana&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;sans-serif&amp;quot;;Times New Roman&amp;quot;;color:black"&gt;During that time, she attended several Langevin workshops, looking to broaden her overall instructional skills. She was so enlightened and empowered because she was able to take the tips and techniques learned and put them to immediate use on the job that she became&amp;nbsp;one of their facilitators.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Having been a trainer, she knew the challenges trainers face, but also knew the rewards that come with improving job performance. She&amp;nbsp;wanted to help others&amp;nbsp;work “smarter, not harder" and learned during her very first Langevin workshop&amp;nbsp;to “never do for the learners what the learners can do for themselves", which&amp;nbsp;has become her ‘training mantra.’&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
