There has been previous research that demonstrated the power a mentoring relationship has on advancing women in organizations.

Rosina L. Racioppi, President and CEO of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., will share her ground-breaking research, Mentoring Wisdom that provides new insights into how women form relationships that support their leadership development and career advancement.
