Get off My Damn Lawn!:
The Truth About Generational Differences at Work

Presented by Robin Gurien, Ph.D.

You've listened to the experts, and you've observed it at work: generational differences can affect workplace morale, satisfaction, and productivity. But what if the experts are wrong? What if Millennials are no more interested in socializing that Baby Boomers? What if Generation Xers are no less cantankerous than Traditionalists? What if we all love technology? What if everything you ever learned about generations in the workplace is wrong?

In this session, we'll look at what's behind the research and get a better understanding of what's real about generational differences. We'll separate the myth from the reality, and you'll leave with a whole new approach to dealing with your workplace generation gap!
