ASTD-Orange County offers plenty of opportunities to learn and network with your peers.

  • Orange County Learning Events  -- our monthly events feature a keynote speaker who will share insight or a new concept in the T&D field. Each OC Learning Event includes:
    • Structured Networking Activity
    • Informal Networking Opportunities
    • An engaging, informative presentation
    • A meal (we alternate between lunch and dinner meetings)

  • Low Cost Workshops -- held throughout the year, these two to four hour workshops allow our participants to dive in and apply themselves to the topic at hand. Previous low cost workshops addressed: social media, eLearning design, and Precision Questioning.

  • Special Interest Group Meetings (SIGs) -- These informal groups provide ASTD-OC members with opportunities for exploring professional development in specific areas of interest, opportunities in sharing their expertise with other members, and opportunities to network with colleagues.
