Presented by Melanie Nichols

Once a change is announced and communicated it often gets stalled at implementation because frontline employees find too many barriers and obstacles that haven’t been considered in the overall change plan.

Step 5 in Kotter’s Change Leadership Model suggests that we must plan for the removal of these obstacles so that employees are empowered to act in concert with the change.

Join us as we explore tools that Melanie Nichols is using to empower broad-based action in a major change going on right now at Ingram Micro.

This program will help you improve your ability to:

  •  Empower associates at all levels of an organization
  •  Design structure for long-term success
  •  Create measures of success
