ATD‐Orange County's Total Trainer University consists of two courses:

• Total Trainer: Creating Training

• Total Trainer: Delivering Training 

Total Trainer:  Creating Training is a series of ten workshops that helps training professionals improve their ability to design and develop training.

• Training coordinators, specialists and managers wanting more formal training in program designing and implementing training

Taught by senior training professionals from the ATD‐OC community, the program takes participants from the initial needs analysis through the evaluation of the training.
