With 24 years in leadership positions at the global retailer, Luxottica, her front-line managerial experience in implementing the principles of accountability gives her unique insight into the challenges leaders face on their way to creating sustained results. Now, as Regional Vice President at Partners In Leadership, Yvon dedicates her time to helping organizations get results through accountability.
