Leadership Development Certificate for Supervisors (Brandman University)

The Leadership Development Certificate for Supervisors is designed to help both new and experienced supervisors build leadership skills, improve employee performance, increase team effectiveness and enhance organizational productivity.

In this 12-week, 38-hour program, participants learn leadership best practices including how to:
