How can we make the most use of Generative AI so that it becomes a useful resource in our L&D toolbox?  Through the crafting of effective prompts.

This interactive online event will give the ATD-OC member the opportunity to delve into the art and science of prompt engineering, empowering Learning & Development professionals to harness Generative AI's full potential as a versatile tool in their L&D toolbox.

Why Attend?

  1. Learn how nuanced prompts can drastically influence the quality and relevance of AI-generated content, whether you're creating text or graphics.
  2. Engage in live, guided exercises to craft and refine prompts, witnessing real-time the impact of your wording on the outputs from leading AI models.
  3. Explore the unique strengths and applications of each AI platform through side-by-side comparisons of their responses to identical prompts. This insight will help you choose the right tool for various L&D objectives.

Discover how Generative AI can support diverse L&D goals, from generating engaging training materials and assessments to creating compelling e-learning content and visual aids.

We look forward to seeing you there!

ATD Capability Model

Each ATD-OC Learning Event will be aligned to at least one Talent Development  Capability, as identified by ATD National.

This program aligns with:

Domain(s): Developing Professional Capability

Capability(s): Technology Application

Disruption via technology will continue to be a reality for organizations and talent development functions. Talent development professionals must have the ability to identify, select, and implement the right learning and talent technologies that serve the best interests of the organization and its people. Practitioners should be able to identify opportunities to adapt and leverage the right technologies at the right time to meet organizational goals.
