Shae Frichette, Sr. Learning & OD Manager, has over 12 years of training and OD experience. She joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2007 as a leadership facilitator serving the frontline leadership development needs. In this role, she created the L.E.A.D. Academy program which originated in Mira Loma and is now deployed in other U.S. and Mexico sites. She is responsible for the curriculum and delivery of Leadership Development Programs such as the Top Talent Program, The Great Leaders Program and the Mentor Program. In addition to designing customized development solutions for her internal clients, Shae also serves as a coach in the company’s coaching program and facilitates teambuilding including experiential activity exercises.
