He’s a former corporate trainer who managed an international supervisory training program for Control Data Corporation and was also a Senior Management Trainer for Wells Fargo Bank where he taught seven management topics. He subsequently ran product development for the Ken Blanchard company for six years, creating five training product lines while being a collaborator, confidant and co-author for Dr. Blanchard, “The One Minute Manager.” He is currently a personal coach for Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, the world’s #1-ranked executive coach.
