About the presenter:
Diane Smith is an active member of ASTD Orange County and serves as VP Marketing for 2013. She is also the CPLP Manager assisting seasoned professionals in the learning and development industry achieve the CPLP credential. For the past three years, Diane has coached many global L&D leaders through career development plans using the ASTD Competency model as a guide.
