The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) is a national organization dedicated to the professional development of those in the training and organizational development fields.
Founded in the late 1960's, ASTD-OC serves the Orange County and surrounding areas of Southern California. We serve our members by providing a robust environment in which they can network, learn, and develop their careers. |
Chapter Mission
To provide a broad base of personal and learning experiences modeling a collaborative approach to new competencies, performance and fulfillment utilizing the new technologies and the changing environment we live in today.

ASTD-Orange County is a not-for-profit organization, operated and sustained by our members. Chapter Leadership consists of an 11-person Board, all member volunteers. Our current Chapter Board.
Our membership consists of a wide variety of participants in the training and development field. From Instructional Designers to Organizational Development, we boast a diverse network of local professionals. |
