The Managing4Results(c) Model clearly delineates how to manage team members at different performance states, and with differing abilities, needs, and levels of autonomy. In particular, the Model provides a convenient and consistent guide for managers to determine when and how to train, coach, and discipline; and how to choose suitable leadership behaviors for each process.
Participants learn to accelerate peak performance by assessing the six states of performance and applying their matching behaviors. They take away immediately actionable tools to reduce paradoxes, and develop teams that achieve better results.
- Participants in this program will learn how to:
- Analyze and assess performers' ability and autonomy
- Apply targeted managerial behaviors that accelerate results
- Apply targeted behaviors for optimal training, coaching, and discipline
